REC · SITE 001 · MONITORED 24/7

Somebody should be watching your network. Right now, nobody is.

Most companies find out about an outage from an employee, a customer, or a door that would not open. We build the infrastructure, install the cameras and the card readers, and then we watch all of it — so the first person who knows is us.

Capabilities

Fifteen disciplines. One accountable shop.

Your network, your phones, your cameras and your doors are the same system whether or not your vendors admit it. We treat them that way.

Manage01

Managed IT & Helpdesk

MONITORING · PATCHING · ONBOARDING · BREAK/FIX

Proactive monitoring and a support line that reaches someone who already knows your setup. Remote first, on-site when it needs hands.

Manage02

Servers & Active Directory

WINDOWS SERVER · AD/DNS/DHCP · GROUP POLICY

Domain design, group policy, file and print, and permissions that follow your org chart instead of fighting it. Migrations and cleanup included.

Manage03

Virtualization & Cloud Migration

VMWARE · HYPER-V · EXCHANGE · P2V IMAGING

Aging physical servers imaged and migrated onto VMware or Hyper-V, or moved to the cloud entirely. Fewer boxes to fail, faster recovery, and a hardware refresh you stop dreading.

Protect04

Backup & Disaster Recovery

IMAGE + FILE · OFF-SITE · TESTED RESTORES

Layered local and off-site backup with restores we actually run. A backup nobody has tested is not a backup — it is a receipt for one.

Protect05

Endpoint Security & Antivirus

MANAGED AV/EDR · POLICY · REPORTING

Centrally managed protection across every machine, with the reporting you need the day a client or an insurer asks for proof.

Build06

Network Closets & Structured Cabling

42U RACKS · LADDER RACK · PATCH PANELS · CERT

Whole closets from bare wall to labeled patch panel: racks, overhead ladder rack, cable runs separated by function, tested and documented.

Build07

Switching, Routing & Wi-Fi

CORE/ACCESS · VLANS · COVERAGE SURVEY

A design that segments what should be segmented and has headroom for what you add next year. Not a pile of switches that grew by accident.

Build08

VoIP & Asterisk Phone Systems

ASTERISK · FREEPBX · SIP TRUNKS · IVR

Auto attendants, ring groups, queues and voicemail-to-email on a PBX you own — without a per-seat carrier bill nobody can read.

Watch09

IP Surveillance & CCTV

CAMERA PLANNING · NVR SIZING · RETENTION · RETROFIT

Sightlines planned before anything gets mounted, and retention sized to survive a real investigation instead of running out in nine days. Where a building is already wired for older cameras, we reuse what is in the walls rather than quoting you a re-pull.

Watch10

Access Control & Entry Systems

READERS · CREDENTIALS · AUDIT TRAILS

Card, fob and keypad entry with schedules and audit logs. When someone leaves, revoking their access takes seconds, not a locksmith.

Fabricate11

Custom PCs & High-Density GPU Rigs

WORKSTATIONS · SERVERS · POWER & THERMAL

Machines spec’d for the actual job, and GPU/mining hardware with the load, circuit and airflow planning most people skip until something melts.

Fabricate12

Laser Engraving & 3D Printing

FIBER + DIODE LASER · DUAL-NOZZLE FDM · METAL & PLASTIC

Fiber and diode laser marking on bare metal, anodised aluminium and plastics, plus large-format dual-nozzle 3D printing on a Bambu Lab H2D. Engraved rack and port labels, equipment plates, blanking panels, custom brackets and enclosures — your closet gets documented in metal, not masking tape.

Power13

UPS, Power & High-Density Loads

LIEBERT NFINITY · CIRCUIT INSTALL · THERMAL

Data-center grade UPS systems including Liebert Nfinity, plus the dedicated circuits, load balancing and cooling that high-draw equipment actually needs. The part that gets skipped until something trips or melts.

Integrate14

AV, IoT & Smart Building

MULTI-ZONE AUDIO · VOICE · TABLETS · HVAC · ACCESS

Multi-zone audio with wired speakers and channel input, wall-mounted control tablets, Google Assistant voice control, and networked light switches, thermostats and garage doors — cabled and configured by the same people who own the network underneath it.

Integrate15

POS, Retail & Clinical Systems

REGISTERS · PIN PADS · SCANNERS · IMAGING

Point of sale, pin pads, scanners, receipt and invoice printers, price displays — and clinical gear including x-ray imaging and diagnostic video. Deployed across hundreds of retail and medical sites nationally.

Field report

325 endpoints. Four racks. One crew.

Our largest deployment to date, from empty walls to a documented, monitored network.

PROJECT · CAMPUS NETWORK BUILD SCOPE · DESIGN / INSTALL / CUT-OVER / MANAGE STATUS · DELIVERED

Built to be worked on, not just to work.

Anyone can make a network pass traffic on day one. The test is what happens eighteen months later when a port goes bad at 4pm and somebody has to find it.

  • Four 42U cabinets laid out for airflow, service access and future capacity
  • Overhead ladder rack with runs separated by function
  • Structured cabling to 325 endpoints, tested and certified
  • Core and access switching with VLAN segmentation
  • Engraved labeling and a patch schedule — every port traceable
  • As-built documentation handed to the client, not held over them

Before and after

What we walked into. What we left behind.

Two real jobs, photographed on the way in and on the way out. The dates are the camera’s, not ours.

Two daysA shelf of loose cable draped over an air handler became a wall-mount cabinet with the switching racked, the runs dressed and the gear off the shelf.
Same dayThree and a half hours between these two frames. Everything came off the floor and onto the wall, terminated into blocks that the next person can actually trace.

// Photographed on our own jobs. Client signage, branding and paperwork are cropped out, and image metadata is stripped.

Track record

Twenty-nine years of jobs that had to work on Monday.

A sample of the scale we have already delivered — in South Florida and on national programs across the United States.

64Cameras on one site

POE surveillance at full scale

A sixty-four camera IP system on a single site — part of more than four hundred cameras installed across our client base — with sightlines planned before anything was mounted and storage sized so footage is still there when somebody finally asks for it.

POE switching · NVR sizing · Retention planning · Remote viewing

20Entry points, one console

Access control under central admin

Twenty controlled doors administered from one place, with schedules, credential management and audit trails. Revoking a departing employee takes seconds instead of a locksmith.

Door controllers · Readers · Credentials · Audit logging

10Bank branches, VoIP + tablets

VoIP asset inventory & tablet rollout

Telephony asset inventory and tablet deployment across ten retail banking branches in South Florida, with server-side imaging and encryption before anything reached the floor.

350Stores, one program

They gave us the Midwest too

Two hundred stores across the Gulf Coast — Mississippi, Alabama, the Florida panhandle — replacing tamper-resistant payment terminals store by store, on schedule. We finished fast enough that the client handed us the Midwest as well: a hundred and fifty more sites across Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, the Dakotas and Arkansas. 2008 into 2009.

350 stores · 11 states · Payment terminals · Site-by-site reporting

60Carrier retail sites

Carrier retail network refresh

Two separate programs over the years totalling around sixty carrier retail sites: access points wired and installed, routers swapped for pre-configured units, live networks migrated onto new switching, then LAN and WAN measured and signed off.

APs · Router swaps · Switch migration · LAN/WAN testing

24Branches surveyed

Enterprise network site surveys

Network site surveys across twenty-four financial-services branches, including work at the firm’s Jacksonville data center.

Site survey · Documentation · Data center · Multi-state

P2VPhysical to virtual

Server consolidation & cloud migration

Aging physical servers imaged and migrated onto VMware and Hyper-V, Exchange and Active Directory rebuilt, QNAP and Windows backup targets stood up behind them.

VMware · Hyper-V · Exchange · AD · QNAP backup

24/7Mining uptime

Crypto mining build & power

Dedicated electrical circuits installed to feed Bitcoin and Ethereum hardware, then the miners themselves configured, tuned and maintained to hold uptime.

Circuit install · Load planning · Thermal · Miner config

Cameras without opening walls

A building already wired for old analog cameras is not a building that needs rewiring. Siamese RG6 carries a power pair alongside the coax — so we reuse the existing 12V run, convert it at the camera, and bridge the video over wireless. No fishing walls, no patching drywall, no repainting.

Reuse existing siamese/RG6 · 12V conversion · Wireless bridging · No wall damage

16Camera site, fully automated

Whole-property automation

Every light switch, thermostat and garage door on the network, multi-zone audio with wired speakers and channel input, wall-mounted control tablets, voice control through Google Assistant, and a sixteen-channel camera system — one integrated system, one place to run it.

Wall tablets · Voice control · Multi-zone audio · 16ch CCTV · IoT

12Stores, documented before + after

Carrier store migrations

Twelve store network migrations, each one photographed before and after: the closet as we found it, and the closet we handed back. Cradlepoint failover and POE injectors added, switching migrated live, cabling re-dressed and labeled.

How we work

Assess. Design. Build. Watch.

The same four steps on every engagement, from a five-person office to a four-rack campus.

STEP 01

Assess

We walk the site, open the closets and tell you plainly what is solid, what is fragile and what is a fire waiting to start. Free, no obligation.

STEP 02

Design

A written plan with drawings, part list and fixed pricing. You see the rack elevation and the number before anyone touches a wall.

STEP 03

Build

Installed on schedule and cut over with the least disruption we can engineer, then labeled and documented so the next person is not guessing.

STEP 04

Watch

Monitoring, patching, backups and a line that reaches a person. We would rather call you about a failing drive than hear about a dead server.

Coverage

Choose how much of it we carry.

Start anywhere. Move up when the business does. No lock-in games and no surprise escalations.

Questions

Straight answers, before you ask.

We already have an IT person. Why would we need you?

Most of our clients do. We back up internal staff rather than replace them — taking the infrastructure projects, the after-hours coverage and the specialties they would rather not own. If your one IT person leaves, you are not suddenly exposed.

Are you big enough to handle us?

Our largest build was 325 endpoints across four 42U racks. The advantage of our size is that you are never routed through a call center — you reach the person who knows your network. If a job needs more hands than we can put on it, we tell you before you sign.

Why would an IT company install cameras and card readers?

Because they are network devices. Cameras eat bandwidth and storage, readers need to talk to your directory, and both need power and cabling. Splitting them across vendors is how you end up with equipment nobody will support.

We only need one project. Do we have to sign anything ongoing?

No. Project work stands on its own at a fixed price from a written design. Plenty of clients start with a single closet build and decide later whether ongoing management makes sense.

We have old analog cameras and coax everywhere. Do we have to rip it out?

Usually not. The siamese cable run to an analog camera carries a power pair alongside the coax, and that pair is generally still good. We can convert it at the camera end and bridge the video, which means a modern camera on existing cable — no fishing walls, no drywall patching, no repainting. We will tell you honestly when a run really is dead and needs replacing, but we look first.

What do you actually monitor?

Server and workstation health, backup success, antivirus status, disk and drive warnings, switch and circuit availability, and UPS state. The point is that we call you about a failing drive rather than hearing from you about a dead server.

If we leave, do we keep our documentation?

Yes. Credentials, diagrams, patch schedules and as-builts are yours from the day they are created. We do not hold networks hostage.
